Infrared sauna
A heat-based relaxation session that may be offered on its own or as part of an appropriate body-care plan.

How it works.
An infrared sauna uses infrared energy to warm the body. The session is intended as a warming relaxation experience, with duration adjusted to your tolerance.
Warmth can lead to sweating and fluid loss. A lower scale reading after sweating reflects water loss and should not be presented as lasting fat loss.
Your treatment plan
We review heat tolerance and health history. Discuss pregnancy and medical conditions before use. End the session if you feel dizzy, nauseated or unwell.

Treatment is subject to individual suitability. Your provider will review benefits, limitations, alternatives and aftercare. Results vary.
A little more
clarity.
Can I combine treatments?
We can discuss a combination after assessing your goals and suitability for each treatment.
Is this a weight-loss treatment?
Body-care treatments do not replace weight management. Any temporary change in fluid or skin appearance should not be mistaken for permanent fat loss.
