Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: Scheduling: Initial consultations are available by appointment only. Please book your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Confirmation: Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation via email or text with the date, time, and details of your consultation. Cancellation Policy: Notice Period: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of $50. This fee helps cover the cost of reserving the time slot and any potential inconvenience. No-Show: Failure to attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice will result in a $50 no-show fee. Future appointments may require a deposit.
