At Radiant Refine Spa, we use RHA® 3, RHA Redensity® and RHA® Dynamic Volume. These hyaluronic acid gels add support beneath the skin and are designed to accommodate facial movement. Each has a different role, from smoothing lines around the mouth to enhancing lips or restoring cheek volume.

Lip fullness & selected facial folds
- What it can help with
- Adding lip fullness and definition, and softening moderate to severe facial folds such as the lines running from the nose toward the mouth.
- Why your provider may choose it
- Its resilient gel provides volume in areas that move when you speak or smile. It is an option when the goal includes enhancing lip shape or supporting a fold.
- How long results last
- Up to 15 months in studied facial wrinkles and folds. That timeline does not establish how long lip enhancement will last; your provider discusses lip-specific expectations.

Lines around the mouth
- What it can help with
- Softening the small, etched-looking lines around the lips, sometimes called lipstick lines. Its approved use covers moderate to severe lines that change with mouth movement.

- It is designed for placement closer to the skin’s surface, making it an option for refining these lines without aiming to create substantial lip or cheek volume.
- How long results last
- Up to 12 months in clinical study of lines around the mouth. Individual response varies.

Cheek support & deeper folds
- What it can help with
- Adding cheek volume, addressing age-related loss of midface contour, and softening moderate to severe facial folds, including deeper nose-to-mouth folds.
- Why your provider may choose it
- Its gel is designed to provide volume and contour while adapting to facial movement. It can be considered when the concern involves lost support in the cheeks or a deeper fold.
- How long results last
- Up to 12 months in the midface and up to 15 months in studied facial wrinkles and folds. Duration depends on the area and response.

When will you see the change?
- When effects begin
- Volume or smoothing may be visible immediately. Swelling can temporarily exaggerate the initial change.
