Initial treatment, then review

For facial folds, the manufacturer’s patient guide describes a personalized number of treatments, with a possible touch-up. It defines a touch-up as additional treatment usually about 2 weeks to 1 month after the first visit. Your provider decides whether it is needed.

Different goals, different schedules

A contour treatment and a diluted skin-quality treatment may follow different plans. For example, the manufacturer shows a chest-treatment patient who received two sessions six weeks apart. That is an example for a specific area and preparation, not a universal Radiesse schedule. See the manufacturer’s example.

What your plan depends on

• Your main concern: a facial fold, loss of contour or skin texture.
• The area and its size: localized correction and broader treatment need different planning.
• Product and preparation: standard Radiesse, Radiesse (+) and diluted approaches have different uses.
• Your anatomy and history: existing volume, skin thickness, previous treatment and medical suitability.
• Your response: the settled result and whether additional correction is appropriate.

The number of syringes is separate from the number of visits. We explain both, and confirm which areas and techniques are available and appropriate at the spa.
